FNP review: Plum cake cherry cake and I ordered dry almond cake

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had specifically ordered a Dry Almond Cake for my mother-in-law, but instead, you delivered a Cherry Cake. This is completely unacceptable.

I have attached the photos below as proof of the wrong delivery. The cake I received is not what I paid for, and this feels like a case of cheating your customers.

I demand that you immediately initiate the refund of Rs. 1199 at the earliest. Kindly process this without delay, as this mistake has caused both inconvenience and embarrassment.

I expect a prompt resolution and refund confirmation.
