I have been calling the snap hotline for over 4 weeks trying to get a hold of an operator. Trying to correct a problem with my stamp card. I end up staying on the phone for hours just to be hung up on, or won't even be able to talk to anyone because at the end of the call they pretty much say. "All of our representatives are currently busy assisting other customers, please try again later." If you don't press 1 it hangs up on you.. if you do press one the phone call just starts over again as if you call them again.. this process just repeats over and over again.. I really need help and this state has got to be the worst place ever for help. My card isn't receiving it's food stamps even though I did my phone interview and was accepted.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive help from the hotline for once and be able to talk to a real person verses a robot voice on the hotline.
