I have a special needs child and am a single mom of 2 children. I have a food stamps case, but I have been trying and trying for months, I have left messages and my case worker will NOT call me back. I have not received food stamps and she now has denied my case again.. I still have medical insurance but not food.. She doesn't send me letters but when I look online they say I missed an interview so I even switched to online.  I call and it says on her voicemail that she will return the call within 24 hours. She never does, once again it say call by Feb 4th. I called 6 times in 2 weeks. Not to mention over 20 times since September. She never called back. She never posts or sends what verification I need to upload(because then I could just upload and get the food stamps) only that I need to verify. I have been struggling badly. I just need a new case worker as this has been going on since September. I've kept a log. I need to know what more verification is needed and going forward to have a new case worker. There is no number for a supervisor or anyone. When you call the other main number you sit on hold for over 2 hours I have screen shots of this. I would appreciate any help we can get. Please help. Thanks for your time. 

Desired outcome: A new case worker. A supervisors number. My food stamps to be active and possibly retro active from September. And hopefully the case worker to be fired for not even doing her job
