Florida Energy Water and Air review: Horrendous customer service. They charge a lot and don't stand behind their work.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased my Rain Soft through them. The issue is not with the water softener, but with Florida Energy Water and Air service. The installation was apparently not done correctly as when they came out to do a yearly service on the water softener they charged me $384 for tuneup, installation of a filter and labor to clean out the drain since there was standing water in the water softener. They said the drain they installed was clogged. Less than 4 months later I went to put more salt in and noticed the water is still backing up into the water softener. I asked them to come out and fix it as I just paid all that money for the tuneup AND the extra money to clean the drain. They insist they will charge me to come back out as the tuneup was more than 30 days ago. Since I JUST had them come out and charge me to fix the drainage I refuse to pay again. They don't seem to care.
