Florida Dept of Children and Family. review: I wish I could sue them.

Ignored 100+ faxes, 37 calls simply disconnected, 14 attempts at waiting 5+ hours each time to speak to rep and 12 of those someone pickup while they had me on mute and disconnected after about 20-45 seconds. 5 callbacks requests ignored completely.
Was supposed to have Medicaid two months back so I can hopefully stop being 90% bed bound because of excruciating pain.
