Florida Department of Family and Children's Services review: Food stamps review personel

When calling the review line after being on hold for over 2 hrs I was hung up on twice then told check my card in 3 to 5 days it's been 18 so far nothing . The woman would not listen or answer and questions tolde I would need a letter from the woman I take care of same one I've been a live in care taker for for the last 6 yrs which has dementia. Which would be next to impossible then when told I would have to upload the documents I tried to explain my case is closed and without valid case I can't up load using the app the lady the proceeded in telling mee she would reset password I told her no she said I needed a new password she accuses me of having changed my user name too much I have had the same user name since 2017 so 7 yrs then she has blocked me out so I can not correct this .. this type behavior should be illegal
