Flightshall is absolutely terrible! I can't even begin to express my frustration. They completely failed to book my flight, leaving me in a bind. And to make matters worse, the prices for flights have skyrocketed since then. It's outrageous!
They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but let me tell you, that's a load of nonsense. I've tried calling them multiple times, and guess what? Nobody ever picks up! Instead, I'm greeted with some weird automated voice asking me to leave a voicemail. Seriously, is this some kind of joke? It's not even a professional-sounding line.
I'm beyond disappointed right now. This was supposed to be my birthday trip, and now it's completely ruined. I can't believe how unhelpful and uncaring the agent was when I finally managed to reach someone through their chat service. It took a whopping 20 minutes just to get a response, and even then, they didn't even try to resolve the issue.
I'm at a loss for words. Flightshall has let me down in every possible way. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Stay far away from this disaster of a website if you value your time and money.
