Flex Vision review: Delivered to incorrect address

Ordered a pair of Flex Vision glasses and they created a shipping label with the incorrect unit # and shipped the merchandise. After contacting the USPS and they responded then I realized something wrong . Please read below.

This is in response to your inquiry regarding the delivery of a package by the Tracking Number [protected] 31. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

I wanted to inform you about our record shows the package was scanned and DELIVERED, IN/AT MAILBOX at 12:35 pm on 9/30/22. I checked the photo of the package and the labeling shows the same street number, but different unit than yours. USPS delivers the packages by the labeling. When the labeling is wrong, you have to contact the sender who sent the package to the different unit than yours.

(so then I contacted Flexvision)

I never received my purchase after doing some research it said delivered by USPS I then contacted them and told me they delivered it to a different address after confirmation on delivery slip on the package. Packing slip has the wrong unit number .the correct address is

1800 Stokes St, San Jose, CA 95126 unit 146

The only mistake was the unit number. Have you tired to ask your neighbor or landlord for the parcel?

Please forward this to an acting supervisor as I did not put that Apt number on the package and it was delivered to the wrong address and not to me. I'm requesting for a new part to be reissued to my correct address or a refund as this was not an error on my part and should not be faulted.

Please forward and advise.
