Flagship One

Ordered an ECM for 02 INFINITI QX4 02/05/24 and paid $364 got the Plug and play unit and the car won't even start, put the old unit back and the car start /run . Keep in mind have to pay for all this taking out and putting back of the unit ,Called them to inform them about there damage no good unit they sold me and was asked to fill out a form which i have to take back to the Mechanic to answer the questions after which i was told to send the units (both the old one and there unit) back for them to clone and now they said there unit and my unit has a damage on board but keep in mind again my unit start/run the car .Both units were sent back to me and told me my warranty is void end of story.

Flagship One is a terrible company to buy from apart from them been dishonest you can't even talk to any technicians.
