I’m writing because my husband’s credit report has not been reported since the month of April. I understand that his account has not always been in good standing but he has worked hard to get it caught up and we even paid ahead. He has called numerous times explaining this situation and that he needs his report updated with the current history, balance, and has gotten completely no where. We recently made a move out of state and recently tried purchasing a home but because flagship failed to help him as a customer in anyway with updating his credit file. Our home fell out of escrow because his credit file still shows him in bad standings. This is completely unacceptable and such horrible customer service! He has reached out more times then I cant over the last 3-4 weeks and every single time is told we are working on it. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced and very irritated that this happened. My husband and I now have to start our home buying adventure all over again because of this. I’m hoping this email reaches someone of high authority and is resolved in a very fast and timely matter because we will not stop calling or writing or disputing any if this until its resolved.

UPDATE: sent the email like I was told to which yet again received nothing back. My husband also emailed two days ago and he too got zero response. This company is a joke and beyond ridiculous. Absolutely the WORST customer service. It’s amazing how quick they are to report late payments but when your caught up take months to report. This company needs to be shut down. It’s no wonder they are rated a 1.4.

Desired outcome: Absolutely none!
