Shapermint - Ordering - bait and switch and being charged for items that I didnt order

I placed an order for a bathing suit and free item, when I clicked to place order another page came up and when I clicked to return to order, item on that page was submitted with my order. Immediately contacted shapermint to no avail to cancel order, modify order., etc... Finally when I received order, free item was not there... And when I tried to return...
