This is a bill pay processors for some financial institutions and they are horrible. Their call in system is ridiculous and non functioning but it is required for you as a customer to call in when there is an issue with your financial institution that uses them. Due to recent fraud connected to our Rogue Credit union account. We were forced to change all our account numbers. Without explanation our bill pay was froze. We were not told we would need to contact bill pay to have it reactivated. This has been a ridiculously painful experience. It is costing us money and actually more importantly time. This has been a 10 days since it occurred. and just today I was told I needed to call fiserv! They were rude and it is not my fault their system sucks and you cannot get to a rep when it will not acknowledge your information! Fiserv experience was the last straw and will cost Rogue Credit union our business.
