FirstKey Homes review: Terrible company

No running water AGAIN last time it went out was 2 weeks ago. Before that it was once a month. Absolutely ridiculous when your rent is $1815 a month. Maintenance has yet to even assign a provider. FKH techs are unqualified to do their job and left us with straight well water for a month. Been nonstop issues with the water that went out the first time the day after we moved in. Not to mention they replaced the roof right after we moved in and the AC has also gone out TWICE. Can’t contact anyone in the local office and the manager Alice doesn’t answer or return calls. Spend your money somewhere else never have had this many issues renting.
