Unfortunately, not to be charge a late fee of over $1000, to give 60 day notice, I gave one month notice a desire to move possible within another FirsKey property, I renewed for another year and NOT month to month, in which the rent would have been around $2200 per month.
When I moved in about a month in, my next-door neighbor brought to my attention a water main break. It was fixed. The neighbor informed me that the water main brake was NOT fix prior to moving in which Firstkey was aware.
Sometime within the first month my AC went out, I call the 24 hr emergency number, no one pick up. I waited the entire hot weekend until Monday when a service person arrived for another problem. He fixed the AC, excellent service personal.
In June of 2025, I was charged a $45 fee for an HOA violation, uncut grass, in which the HOA does not charge only Friskey gives fees.
Firstkey will generate frivolous charge according to the lease agreement.
My suggestion is NOT RENT FROM Fristkey
