FirstKey Homes review: Do not recommend - nonprofessional

My experience with FirstKey is not as i wanted it to be. I'm not receiving the service that we expected.

We moved in since end of October 2025 and since the move in inspection report no maintenance request has been honored.

There are no possible methods to talk with the management. Only email to general support group who will do nothing.

They do not honor the contract obligations, nor the basic services to be expected from landlord.

I've read in many reviews that the move out process is supper annoying and people lose money from it so i recommend if you didn't read reviews and got involved with them, prepare your papers and talk with a lawyer as this is the only way to go.

As example here are list of 11 requests:
254187 – on 10/30/2025 – Scheduled Visit 12/01/2025 – First Key took pics and marked it “Completed” without fixing!
2613535 – on 12/11/2025 – First Ky cancelled it and marked it duplicate!
2631038 – on 12/26/2025 – Scheduled visit 1/4/2026 - First Key took pics and marked it “Completed” without fixing!
2645662 – on 01/06/2026 - Scheduled Visit 01/12/2026 - First Key took pics and marked it “Completed” without fixing!
2721858 – on 02/25/2026 – Scheduled visit 3/12/2026 - First Key took pics and marked it “Completed” without fixing!
2630969 – On 12/26/2025 – Scheduled Visit 01/25/2026 – First Key took pics and marked it “Completed” without fixing!
2636567 – on 12/30/2025 – Scheduled visit on 01/12/2026 – First Key took pics and marked it “Completed” without fixing!
2721942 – on 02/25/2026 – Scheduled visit on 03/12/2026 – First Key cancelled the visit and added (No Action Required)!
2721896 – on 02/25/2026 – Scheduled visit on 03/12/2026 - FirstKey canceled it and marked “No Action Required.”
2721904 – on 02/25/2026 – Scheduled visit on 03/12/2026 - FirstKey canceled it and marked “No Action Required.”
2721908 – on 02/25/2026 – Scheduled visit on 03/12/2026 - FirstKey canceled it and marked “No Action Required.”
