FirstKey Homes review: Rental homes

My experiences with FirstKey homes has not be the best. I have toured a few homes with the Firstkey homes as the leasing agency. The first rental I viewed I spoke with the leasing agent to provided the code for me to view. As soon as I was done with the tour I tried to contact the leasing agent and could not get a hold of him. This was on a Saturday I called left a message and also sent text message. On Monday leasing agent responded home no longer available. I viewed another rental (1430 sw Santiago Ave) from this same leasing agency and was informed to apply. I started the application and then was told house not available. A week or 2 my kids and I were driving and noticed there was a for rent sign in front of the 1430 sw Santiago Ave house. I sent a message to see if available and it was. I applied and submitted the $165 application fee for the 3 applicants. I truly had hopes and I just received message this house not available. I don't understand but I am requesting my full application fee get credited back to my account.
