First Progress Card review: I needed to fix and build credit

I opened prepaid accounts so I could build credit. I had problems with their customer service and also breech of information and unauthorized used of my card right off the bat.
I still kept active and paid on time every time.
I had a problem with their website and the payments were not registering.
At this time, I wanted to close both accounts. Theu told me they would fix the wrong payment and make it right and they would close both accounts. I owed nothing at the time because they are prepaid.
I found out later that they had still kept my accounts open and I was getting fees on top of late notices on my credit report. I asked for this to be fixed and they only came back with other inaccurate reporting and added on another account. Now after excellent credit payments I have bad reports on my credit, and they will not fix. It makes no sense for me to default and fight so hard for them to remedy their mistake. I think they do tis to people to make money and it is wrong. I will report and document and share my story to anyone that will listen
