Because of an early April deposit, I was able to make an online order from Loews Official website, which was plastered with the iconic "padlock" representing that the checkout was secure. Obviously, it was not. I made the purchase at approximately 11:00-11:30 pm., on March 31st. The next morning I arrived at Lowes, retrieved my online order, then proceeded to pay for my other items purchased in store, to which I also used my Direct Express MC, for that transaction. I then proceed to Walmart, Which is just across the street, to complete my shopping. While at the checkout, my Direct Express MC was declined. Upon returning home and starting the investigation, I had not been able to make the 3rd transaction at Walmart, because there were to 2 fraudulent charges placed on my card from the time I left Lowes and before I made to the checkout at Walmart. In my opinion, Lowes website held onto my info longer that they should have and as soon as I made the in store at Lowes, Poof, they popped up!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for this fraudulent charges.
