We are leasing a home from First key Homes in Jamestown, NC. The garage door opener does not work and has not worked since we moved in this past June.
Our first request for help was submitted on [protected]. First Key Homes sent out a repairman and said the opener needs to be replaced. We have left several contact numbers on each inquiry and still have no response
Today is November 8, 2022 and First Key Homes has not repaired/replaced the opener. The temperatures drop into the 20's next week and a non-working garage door opener is unacceptable.
