First Federal Savings - Disorganized, not explaining the situation correctly and poor customer service

This all started in August of 2025. Because of financial crisis I could not keep up with me mortgage payments on my VA loan. I contacted PHH Mortgage the servicing representative of First Federal Savings. I also was in contact directly with a representative of First Federal, David Guerra beginning in January 2025.
