Because i live out of state and we have no First Convenience Bank in our state, the branch in AZ said it was ok to mail a deposit to the branch. That is what i did, and it cost me $5.90, it was delievered and i have confirmation that it was delivered, but nobody within the branch or at Walmart has a clue where it went. I say this is very very poor business practice of FCB because i called and told them about it, i spoke to Walmart about it and GUESS WHAT: NOBODY GIVES A DAM, NOBODY EVEN RETURNS A PHONE CALL TO FOLLOWUP, I CALL IT POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND LAME EXCUSES!1
