cancel account and stop charges as requested month ago. company didnt cancel as requested. all requested info left on vm. no option to ever speak to a person.

Went to Firebird Express Carwash on Nov 7, 2021 at 1pm. My car went through the wash and it messed up my roof rack and caused damage to my car. The roof rack got taken off and broke, and the guy who worked there didn't tell me to take it off. They gave me a free wash, but my 200 dollar roof rack is busted and the radio antenna got ripped off.

I went to this carwash for the first time and got a $5 special on a wash package. The guy at the counter took my debit card and asked for my phone number, which I gave him. When he gave me my receipt, he said I could come back as many times as I wanted for the next month. I was confused and asked if I signed up for something. He gave me a long receipt that said I was now signed up for a monthly membership for $16.95. The receipt said that I authorized Firebird to charge my debit card and that by giving my phone number, I agreed to the contract. Nobody told me that I was signing up for a monthly membership or that giving my phone number meant they could take money from my account every month.

I sent two forms to cancel my monthly car wash service at Firebird Express Carwash cuz I'm not in *** no more and don't wanna use their service. But they still charged me on my bank account. I called them three days in a row to talk to a manager or someone who can help me, but they keep saying they'll call me back. I called again to ask how to fix this, but they still won't call me back. I told them I had to move cuz of covid and a family emergency, but they don't wanna talk to me like a normal business and fix this. I just want a refund and confirmation that my membership is canceled so we can both move on.

Firebird Express Carwash had a sign that said you could get unlimited carwashes for a month for $5. They didn't say anything about recurring charges, and their representative didn't say anything either. Later, I saw that they charged me $24.95 for four months on my credit card. When I tried to get the charges removed, Firebird sent me fake receipts saying that I signed up for the recurring charges. I didn't sign up for anything. I didn't sign any receipts (like their fake paperwork showed), and I didn't give them my phone number (like their paperwork said). The guy at the kiosk takes your $5, and then when you drive into the carwash, he takes your license plate number and puts it in as proof that you signed up. He doesn't have any proof of a signature or phone number, so they use the license plate number. I know this because he didn't go back to look at my plate number while I was at the kiosk. If he had gone to the back of my car, I would have asked why. Firebird sent fake receipts to my credit card company to "prove" their case. If you want copies of these, I can give them to you. I want a refund for the four months they charged me fraudulently. I see that I'm not the first person to complain about this. Firebird is counting on people not looking at their credit card bills closely. I can't upload any forms because I don't have a scanner. There's a fake "Automatic Recharge Authorization" that says I signed it and gave them my phone number. I didn't. There's also a picture of their kiosk keypad with "All case numbers" written in the area where the typed information would show. This seems to be a sheet they include in "all case numbers" that come from credit card companies. The stamp on this page doesn't match the time stamp on the fake "authorization."
