Very responsive and helpful customer service. Don't hesitate to buy from them again and again. They handled my own mistake very quickly.

I placed an order for 6 filters on June 22 and didn’t receive my shipment until 2 weeks later and the filters were not the correct size. I contacted customer service multiple times and each time I was informed by the customer service staff and the supervisor of customer service that they would look into the mater ( a lot of lip service) with nothing getting accomplished. In disgust I contacted visa and launched a complaint about the service and the incorrect size about a week ago. Today on July 23, I received a noticed that I would receive the shipment on July 28 more than a month later. Hopefully they are the correct size. I will never buy from them again. I had better service with Home Depot with a much lower price.

I sent an email to your company on November 2, 2020 at 2:58 PM CST. I recently moved to a new address and purchased six 20x30x1 filters from your company. However, I later discovered that the filter in my furnace was the wrong size. I managed to fit one of the new filters by bending and forcing it into place. The original filter was a flimsy washable one that was replaced with the ill-fitting 20x30x1 filter I bought.

I would like to know if it is possible to return the remaining five filters and exchange them for five new 19x30x1 (Merv 8) filters. If this is possible, please let me know where I can send the remaining filters. I have attached the order information below.

I ordered a Honeywell 20x25x4 filter, but I received a smaller size, measuring 19 1/2 x 24 1/2 x 3 1/2. It was too small for my system. I contacted the company via email and they offered a refund if I returned the undersized filter. The request number was XXXXXX. I took the box of filters to the shipping company, ***. They were the ones who delivered the box to my house. The cost of the filters was $132, plus $8.00 for shipping. However, *** wanted $132.06 to ship the filters back. It didn't make sense to return the filters and possibly get a $132 refund when the shipping cost was almost the same. This issue could have been avoided if the filters were labeled with their correct dimensions on the website where I ordered them.

Filterbuy is a total scam, so watch out! They sneakily sign you up for a subscription without your approval. Can you believe that? I had to go through the hassle of filing a claim with my credit card company just to dispute their shady practices. Let me tell you, I won't be making the mistake of using them ever again.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Filterbuy. Let me tell ya, if you end up with filters that don't fit, you're in for a real headache. The worst part is, returning those suckers costs more than the actual filter itself! Can you believe that? It's like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of ya.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's a total disaster. They couldn't care less about your problems. If you want a return, they won't even consider it unless you provide them with a tracking code from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Like, seriously? Can't they just take your word for it? It's such a hassle, and it feels like they're just trying to make it impossible for you to get your money back.

Honestly, this company is just plain terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place to get your filters. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
