FHIA Remodeling review: Bathtub replacement

Wish they had a negative scale rating!

The worst decision we ever made was to use fhia! They replaced our bathtub. Then came creaking noises at the edge of the tub as well as in the middle of it. They were quick to blame the sub-flooring & said we had 300lb tub which put pressure on the subflooring, their tub is much lighter that's why we are having the noises! Completely ridiculous...300lb tub, really!

Guess it was too expensive to re-do the work to fix the noises. They wanted to rip open our kitchen roof to fix the bathroom floor... Absolutely not! They went as far suggesting getting our homeowners insurance involved, told them "they weren't involved in the beginning of the job, so why involve them at the end because of your faulty workmanship?" they went as far as saying they have company lawyers that can stretch the case out which could be expensive for us!

Please think twice before using this company!

It was an expen$ive experience!

We need a ratings scale for a business response!

This is exactly what I meant when I said, "please think twice before using this company."

Take a look at their pathetic response, "we would appreciate if you could get into contact with us so we can get more details and proceed accordingly."

Think about this for a second... They have all our information, they know all the details, they have all the pictures, & they have the videos. What more details does fhia want?

Classic case of "it's not us, it's you." trying to show concern, however running away from responsibility as the same time!
