On July 18 around 5 PM, my family and I accidentally ordered tickets to a Chicago Cubs game starting that same evening when we had been examining whether we could get tickets to a game July 19th. When the order was accidentally placed, my wife immediately emailed feefreeticket.com to notify them of the error. We then called. We were told feefreeticket.com would keep our money and there was nothing they could do about it.
