We joined a service called comfy club with them that offered free inspections and discounts with them and maestro plumbing. Worst mistake ever made. It tool 3 plumbers to fix a clog. 1st guy rams into our mailbox and uses a snake to push the blockage to the bottom bathroom leaves and charged us over 300 with discount for 5 mins and left. Notice the clog so they sent another plumber while the 1st guy called me back and said he was the only on-call plumber which was untrue. Well the 2nd plumber wouldn't listen to me as we have access panel to basement plumbing. He never even looked and ran a massive snake thru kitchen pipes? Broke the tool and caused damages unseen. 3rd plumber said we would have to get a special tool or pull up flooring and remodel basement bathroom for 1000 plus minus 300 and 50 for mailbox damages. We'll we contacted another plumber and he went straight to the Hugh crawlspace and seen damaged caused my the second plumber and he ran his tool via access panel and cleared clog. Rand a pressure test and noticed the wet spot and stream of water from the damaged caused buy maestro. All this happened when my father passed very unexpectedly on the same week. The other company only charged my mom 100 bucks and even waited for me to get a couplin that was needed after they cut the damaged pipe caused by other plumber breaking his snake. The supervisor spoke to me once and didn't go through what she said. And then blocked my emails and refused my calls or call me back. This company had a good reputation but they were trying to take advantage of a 70 yr old recently like 3 days widow for unnecessary tool and was trying to take advantage of our crisis. Bluefrog plumbing did the correct thing by asking 1st about access to the pipes and fixes it and didn't charge us for fixing the other companies damage and possibly weakening other parts of the pipes where not visible. So we will never use Bluegrass heating and air they tried to take advantage and never returned our calls. So beware of them and maestro plumbing. Even tho they installed our heatpunp and ac few years ago. We still have warranty with carrier brand units and will call another heating a d air company in future problems. This is a warning DO NOT USE MAESTRO OR BLUEGRASS HEATING.
Desired outcome: Possible more unseen damages caused by their unprofessional and unskilled workers. Michelle the customer supervisor never called me back and avoided my calls because they made mistakes and caused more damage than good.
