Fay Nutrition review: Unethical and sneaky billing

I went to Fay Nutrition for a single dietician consult, and ever since then I’ve been charged an $8 “donation” fee every month without my consent. I was never asked if I wanted to make recurring donations, and I never agreed to it.

Trying to get answers is impossible—when you call, the phone number goes straight to voicemail and no one ever returns messages. After digging around online, I finally figured out how to cancel the charges myself, but no one at Fay Nutrition will speak with me about a refund for the months of unauthorized charges.

This feels sneaky and unprofessional. If you value honesty, transparency, and actual customer service, stay far away from Fay Nutrition.
