My Person said that she was stepping down from Fay Sept 16th-2024 due to having a baby. I spoke with her 1x per week. she billed for every week that we spoke, even Sept 16th. Fine.
Then [protected], she went in and put in a claim for $2500.00 saying that we spoke for $2500 Worth of hours for Sept 16th, knowing that she had already billed them for the previous 2 weeks. So in 1 month, she billed almost $5000.00 for 3 chats .. I sent them a message to state that I'm reporting them for fraud

I need to speak with someone in billing, I did not give permission to bill my card, my insurance pays for this program, but now I am not so sure that I even want to. I am asking for a refund.
