Fast Track Auctions review: Management

My problem is the SCHOOL ROAD location in Cincinnati.

I have been going here for many years, never had a problem until December 14th. I was approached by a man on a forklift that I later found out his name was Jerry, while was looking for my product, he accused me of opening a box, which I did not do, it was already open I was just looking inside of it because it looked like the size of my product, it did not have a label on it to compare with my product. He proceded to tell my that he knows for a fact it wasn't my product because he knows who it belonged too. He continued to berate me and I finally just walked away thinking this man has lost his mind. After a few minutes I found a worker who directed md towards the manager so i could voice my concerns about the man who was speaking to me in such a rude manner. Well the manager was worse than him and come to find out it was her box i had looked inside, and I stated "if its your personal property why is it in the isle with the merchandise of the public" she told me it was none of my concern. Long story short they made me so angry I left without my product. This lady name Kate had no business being a manager, she was rude, confrontational and lacked any small bit of professionalism. Never bid there again.
