Fast Response Inc. review: Rent payments not received

Leased office and warehouse space from us in Indianapolis. The one check Jim Terry did write bounced. 4.5 Months of non-payment. Excuse after excuse. The address on his website is even inaccurate. Never once did he ever occupy that space. His whole website is false. He doesnt have 30, 000 Sq Ft. of warehouse and never did in Indianapolis. He moved very rapidly form Seattle which should have sent up a red flag. He uses you for what he can then moves on to the next unsuspecting victim.
