Fast Pace Health review: Do not be seen there for anything

I took my daughter to Urgent care last Friday over a week ago. She just started with symptoms that align with mono or strep. They tested her for Covid, strep, and mono. All negative. Dr. States she will put in an antibiotic but she only needs to take it if she doesn’t get better. So I didn’t have her start the antibiotic because of it viral there’s no point. Two days later she wasn’t any better. I had to work but called her provider to get her seen and they had no appointments that day. After work I took her back to the urgent care. On my way there they CALLED me questioning me as to why I was bringing her back when she was just seen! How extremely unprofessional, I shouldn’t have to justify why to anyone. The doctor was rude and treated me like I was ridiculous for not starting the antibiotics but wouldn’t answer my question as to why she needs them if everything is negative and they think it’s viral. On Sunday she is still SO sick and I’m worried about her airway. At the ER they were shocked that the antibiotic was for skin infection, nothing to do with what was actually going on. She has thrush thanks to the wrong antibiotics that were prescribed, strep and now they are running a full blood panel because she is SO sick. No medical office should make anyone feel like they are being inconvenienced for coming back because they are asking for help. That is their JOB. Never going there again. Oh and NEVER I mean never see them for mental health, they will only make your mental health worse. They are only out for your money.
