Fast Key Services non-delivery

I placed an order included several keys with an express delivery. It's been 2 weeks It never arrived. Wondering where my keys were I called them a week ago and heard that I shouldn't worry, they are on their way, I'll get them soon. There's still absolutely nothing and I don't understand how come I paid extra fees to get it faster and got nothing at all?
