Fashionnico review: To get the dress I ordered or get back my money 1

I ordered a dress from Fasshionnico last month on the 3rd of September 2021 and till today I have not received my dress. I have sent them numerous emails trying to find out about my order but they did not respond till this day, I sent another follow up email. That is when I got an email with tracking number RF 771380805SG on the 30th of September 2021, I was told that I will receive my dress after five days. I then waited but till this day I have not received my parcel, I also sent them a email and SMS via Facebook but still they are not telling me when I will receive my dress. I have told them that this whole thing is frustrating me can they inform me when I will receive my dress or they can pay back my money. Still I don't get any positive answer from Fashionnico, kindly assist me I don't trust these people anymore. I placed an order at SHEIN same day I ordered from Fashionnico but SHIEN delivered my goods after three days and I'm so happy with their service.
