Farmer's Home Furniture review: Defective furniture

Purchased Catnapper sofa and loveseat from Farmer's Home Furniture in Batesburg, S C. 29006, 03/25/2021, for $2515.61. Noticed defect immediately, but didn't contact them right away because I was not staying at my home. A few months ago, I personally went to the store and showed pictures and let them know I was very unhappy with sofa! They sent a rep out a few weeks later, Schatzman Claims [protected]) namdd Vincent, who agreed a replacement was needed. He assured me when part was completed they would call to set up time for replacing defective furniture. No contact for a month or so, so I personally returned to the store and voiced my issue. No reply. Called and manager said to give him one more day and he would get back. Another month or so has passed and NO REPLY! I am very upset! They should refund my money so I can go to a reliable store! I will never recommend them or buy another penny's worth of merchandise from them. Totally unacceptable!
