I gave Fanshawe Driving School $310 on June 25 for 5 hours of private driving lessons and using their car for my G2 test. The contract didn't have a start or end date for private lessons, and the first instructor only contacted me through text and calls. I couldn't take any lessons in 2020 because of lockdowns and scheduling issues. I had to leave the country in February because of a family emergency and told the instructor (***) to let her know when I was back. I came back in January 2022 and contacted the instructor, but she didn't respond. I contacted the school, and they said they would provide the service I paid for and asked me to wait for another instructor to contact me. After a week, I emailed the school, and they gave me a new instructor's name and number. The new instructor (Sahar) gave me a date and time for my first lesson, but then said my hours weren't in her system. I contacted the school again, and they said my time had lapsed. The office manager, Vida Shah, sent me a document about MTO requirements for a course, but I paid for a private package. I tried to resolve the issue, but their conduct made me ask for a full refund. See attachments for payment receipt, email with new instructor's info, unprofessional refusal letter, and doc sent by the office manager for the bases of denial.
