I am from south africa - I dont and never heard of this company - I recieved a texted message to say on behalf of hi fi corporation - I would from Hi Fi Corporation recieve an IPhone - all I have to do is pay for delivery costs - Stupid as I was - I paid - all of a sudden my bank account was debited with membershiip fees and also recurring fees - I immediately sent them 2 emails urgently demanding moneyrefunds - i still have not got money refunds - and they are still taking money out of my account - what do I do
no items recieved at all - just money out of my account

I am from South Africa, I have never heard of FAMILYSHOPLIFE until I saw a post on Facebook saying there is a promotion on POTS at Takealot click on the link and see if you qualify to get them for only R60.00.
i first read the reviews and comments and people were actually saying it's real they received their pots so i also filled the form and paid R60.00 and waited.
2 days later money started going out of my account ref:Familyshoplife and i didn't know who that was. i check my bank statement again and noticed the "pots "has the same reference. i contacted them they told me I'm a VIP member and have a subscription with them. I wanted my money back because i did not subscribe but they said it's not refundable! be careful SCAM! SCAM!
These people are crooks - its a scam - they deduct 2 amounts for cancellation included - nothing received bcoz I ordered nothing -can people be so mean?

Familyshoplife took $ money from my credit card $550.74 pesos without my authorization, especially after telling them that I was not interested in being part of their program and requested to CANCEL immediately 3 days prior . I have sent many emails and I only receive automated responses but no one has contact me in regards to my complain and request to refund the money. I am very upset. This is bad business practice. They steel from people. Be careful. SCAM 100%

This company stole monies from my credit card to the tune of £420+.These transactions were not authorised by me and I never received any goods or services from these payments.I have contacted the company and made my complaint known.Eventually they refunded two of the transactions to the value of £96.40 and leaves a balance of £320 .as a good will gesture.In my opinion they are thieves and fraudsters who refuse to admit their actions were unlawful and dishonest.I have contacted my credit card supplier who say they are powerless to take action as they want to know what my account was used in relation to goods or services.If you encounter this company then be aware they will steal your money and deny any wrongdoing !.
