Family Dollar Stores / store manager - deena or deana

I tried to return merchandise without a receipt for a merchandise credit. The manager flat out refused even after I showed her the policy on the Family Dollar website. She was extremely rude, talked over me and would not listen to anything I tried to say. Also accused me of stealing the merchandise. I'm don't know why she did not honor your store policy. I also don't know why you'd have a person with her nasty attitude as a manager of your store.

    You lost the receipt so she does not have to allow the return. Also grow up child. No is not the same as rude.

    What’s missing from your tale of woe is what you bought and what condition it was in upon return. Without a receipt you could have bought it elsewhere or had it for a while.
