Purchased a new Heater on 3/4/2017 order #43712 and they shipped the wrong item. The heater was sent back and as of 4/14/2017 I still have not received a refund. I keep getting excuses from customer service. I have read many complaints about Factory Buys Direct on the sites of the Better Business Bureau and . They are leaving me with no choice but to file a charge back dispute with my credit card. I want a full refund with NO shipping deductions. Not my fault they sent the wrong item.
