So, I got this plexiglass desk top from FAB Glass And Mirror and it was scratched. I mean, come on, I paid $377 for this thing and it's all scratched up? Not cool. And to make matters worse, it came a whole week late! And get this, the tracking number they gave me didn't even work. What a joke.

So, I reached out to them about the scratches and they only offered me an $18 refund. Are you kidding me? That's not even close to what I paid for it. I was so disappointed.

Honestly, if you care about getting what you paid for and having good customer service, I would shop somewhere else. This experience was a total letdown.

So, I ordered a glass mirror from FAB Glass And Mirror. I paid for it and they shipped it to me. But, the shipper FedEx Austell, Ga facility broke it during the delivery. I was really disappointed and contacted FAB Glass And Mirror about it. They were very understanding and sent me a replacement. But, unfortunately, the replacement was also lost by the same FedEx Austell, Ga facility. I was really frustrated at this point and told them to send it through UPS instead. But, they still sent it through FedEx. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received my mirror.

I have to say that the second and third mishap is on The Glass company. But, the first one is definitely on FedEx for their bad service. I hope FAB Glass And Mirror can sort this out soon and send me my mirror. It's really disappointing to have to wait so long for something that I paid for.
