These guyz are rude.. they are not responsible if there is any query in the audit...one more thing is, once you pay the money, then you are gone.. if you have any questions related to your filing, nobody is going to answer.. Try calling these folks after End of april.. you hardly get response.. they are just gone after april.. so please be carefull when you file with these type of Tax Filing companies.. And also double check whether they are CPAs or just learnt some tax tips and filing? I never ever recommend this to any of my friends..

This is one of the WORST tax filing companies in the US. Most of the staff have no clue about tax law and follow a rudimentary checklist. They are rude and you will definitely end up with audits on their or filing practices. I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole!
I have filed with them for 6 years. Initially they were okay but from past recent years they SUCK. Okay let me hold my frustration. They are not good. Research and find a good CPA. Good CPA is not the one who gets maximum returns. But he should be there whenever you have questions. I got query from IRS and Sanjeev Kumar and his team who is responsible for all my taxes did not even respond. Now when I am trying to buy a home my previous returns had error and I had problems with my loan application. I am loosing a big time filing with EZ US Tax. Please go with any other CPA not this company.

Looks like either you are a competitor or some one is paying you to post this. You post a complaint and then agree to your own complaint! Its hilarious dude.
All I can say in one line is they are much better than some of the services I have used in the past. They are based out of US. I get to talk to same guy every year and on top of that they are available through out the year for any questions. Its not a mom and pop shop that's seasonal
I completely disagree with the above complaints. I have been a EZus customer for past 6-7 years and have no complaints so far. I have referred many of my friends and they are also pretty much satisfied with the kind of service that EZus provides. They are very professional, reliable. Over all an "EXCELLENT TEAM" ...
I agree too I had really bad experience too...he is extremely rude, unreliable, and unprofessional..dont use ..for your own good
