I wanted to share my experience with closing my EZ Pass account. 1st I sent back my tags and completed the close account form. ( i would suggest you sent it priority mail this way you can track the tags) When I followed up on my refund. I was informed that the account wasn't closed they gave me some BS story about keeping the account open in case I go through a toll. I moved out of the state over 3 years ago. Close the account as I instructed with the completed close account form and refund my money. I was informed that closing the account can take up to 30 days. Not from the date that they received the tags but 30 days from the follow up phone call. MORE BS.

Desired outcome: I would like my refund as fast as they posted it to the account. This is nonsense about waiting 30 days. I have no violations on the account. REFUND MY MONEY
