First, all my case workers were great.
But when I inquired about a refund I was told you need to fill out a refund form. I asked them to email me the form multiple times. After waiting almost a year I received a paper with instructions (not a form). On the paper it says you MUST comply with ALL the requirements. But who was to know what the are! Do to circumstances' during the process (of which they contributed to) I could NOT fulfill. (example, you must send all mail to the resort as "certified" but you can NOT send mail certified to the Dominican Republic. In the end without ever talking to me (I asked them to call to straighten out the problems... They didn't, actually refused in email). To be fair I did have a testy discussion weeks before the refund directions arrived. This was because I called EZ over a 2-3 week period with no return call. I then looked at BBB and saw all reviews and complaints were taken down and BBB said the site shows "This business profile is being updated". Upon calling the BBB said they were investigating possible false 5 star revies posted by employees, friends, etc. It has been months and still shows that way. When I saw that it was being updates and no return phone call (very unusual) I panicked, called the credit card and stopped current payment and reversed last 3 monthly payments. then posted a bad review. They finally called and wanted me to remove the review, etc.
