I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with extreme-honor. I've tried to get in touch with them three times now and haven't heard a peep back. I mean, come on guys, I'm just trying to return an item and I don't know how to do it! It's not like I'm asking for the moon here.

I recently made a purchase from extreme-honor.com and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. I ordered a wallet with my brother's name and unit emblem inscribed on it, as well as a t-shirt and hoodie. However, when I received my order, I noticed that my brother's name was misspelled, even though I had conveyed the correct spelling to them.

As a veteran, I know how disrespectful it is to have someone's name misspelled on items like this. I reached out to the company to see if they could fix the mistake, but they refused to do anything about it. This was very disappointing to me, as I was hoping to give my brother a meaningful and personalized gift.

In addition to the misspelling, I was also disappointed with the quality of the products. The hoodie and shirt materials were obviously cheap and not made to last. It's frustrating to spend money on something that falls apart after just a few wears.

Instead, I would suggest finding a veteran-owned company that produces high-quality products made in America.
