In December, 2024 I saw a charge from Experteer on my credit card and the person on the phone said it would be taken away. I was just informed by AMEX that this charge has in-fact continued for all of 2024. Please refund my monthly charges of 39.99 for 2024. I have notified AMEX again. Please do the right thing and stop charging me for service I have never used.

My next step is to file a fraud charge.

Claimed loss: 12x39.99 =

Desired outcome: Cancel my subscription (which should have happened in 2023) and refund my money

Please note that the Premium subscription is renewed according to the duration you selected when you signed-up. This means that, if you signed-up for a monthly plan, you can cancel it every month if you don't want a renewal.

Every customer is informed about the subscription model during the sign-up proces. This information is clearly displayed bellow the price plan that the user chooses.

Cancellations can be submitted via email or directly under your Account even one day before the renewal. It is very flexible and has no deadlines, you can even cancel right after subscribing and it will be taken into consideration by the end of the acquired period.
