EXLService.com review: HR staff: Mika Predilla

I am Lawrence Lester Lapiz and I would like to let you know that I am very disappointed how Mika Predilla handled my application as a USRN in one of you're sites here in Manila, Philippines.

During my Job offer today: October 21, 2020, she sent all the onboarding documents that I needed to accomplish and she also mentioned in her email that I need to accomplish and submit all the forms at 4pm today as well.

I told her that I need atleat a day to review the forms and I was also adviser previously that the start date will still bw on november 2. Also, I am currently at work as a private duty nurse thats why I wont be able to accomplish and send those forms.

She told me this " Noted. :) We only have up until this evening 6pm for you to decide regarding the offer and the forms. If we won't receive any response from you, then we will move forward to other candidates. Thanks ! ".

I wont be pursuing my application mainly because of the way she handled my application. Nonetheless, I am declining the offer.
