I write to you asking for some help please regarding the above post? I paid the sum of $1,197 for a weeks rent due to start on the 17th oct. Following the recent events of war in the country, and my flight being cancelled, on the 10th oct I contacted the guy - Patrick Kurzawski to see if he would refund my money in full
He replied saying he will but I must request it in writing (email) 5 days before start (12th oct). I requested in writing on the 11th oct and emailed him... Ive heard nothing since. I have written to him 4 times since then, all without no reply. Can you please help me in getting my money back, as promised.? Can you contact him and ask him to process the refund for me?

Im very concerned that he wont do it and will keep my money, paid in good faith and to which he assured me would be refunded, in full, due to the current situation. Below shows where my payment should go, plus email regarding a refund in full and how to request it.

Thanks for getting back to me, If you wish to cancel this reservation, a notice of cancellation must be in writing and received more than 5 days prior to your check-in date. We will refund the sum you have paid.

I made cancellation request for refund on the 11th oct, my check-in date was 17th oct - so within the 5 days prior limit I was given
I have emailed him 4x since then without any reply and now feel Ive been scammed. All I want is my $1,197 paid returned to me in full.
Please can you help me?
