So, I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with Excel Laptop Parts. I ordered some parts from them and they took my money right away, but then I didn't hear anything from them for a while. I tried calling them a bunch of times, but nobody ever picked up the phone. I was starting to think I'd been scammed!

But then, the day after I posted a review about them online, they finally refunded my money. So I guess they're not a scam after all. But man, their customer service is just terrible. I mean, come on, at least answer the phone! It's not like I was asking for anything crazy, just a little bit of communication.

Anyway, I wouldn't necessarily recommend Excel Laptop Parts based on my experience. But if you're really desperate for some laptop parts and you don't mind waiting a while and dealing with some frustrating customer service, I guess they're an option. Just be prepared for a bumpy ride!

This company's website is really good, it looks like they're the real deal. But, I've been waiting for my order for almost a month now and I can't get any answers from them. I tried using their order status inquiry page, but no one has responded. I even tried calling them, but no one picks up the phone. To make matters worse, Paypal charged me the day after I ordered, not when my order was shipped. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, it seems like a scam.

I recently ordered a part from Excel Laptop Parts (excellaptopparts.com) and unfortunately, my package arrived in a wet and damaged condition. While I don't think it was their fault, I do believe they could have prepared it better to prevent any damage during transit.

Upon opening the package, I was disappointed to find that the part I received did not work. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the wires were not properly insulated, as can be seen in the third picture where the cord on the right-hand side appears to be exposed. Additionally, the part did not fit properly and actually ended up damaging my laptop.

Despite these issues, I will say that the package did arrive on time, which was a relief. However, I do wish that the part had been properly inspected and tested before being sent out to me.
