The companies address on its former website lists it as being in the suburb of Doncaster, however the ASIC listing has it registered in the suburb of Templestowe, Victoria.

Fraudulent credit card transaction processor, posted a charge of AUD 18.73 to my card at 0515 AWSDT on 16 November 2008.
Have not dealt with this company before, have not made a transaction close to this amount, or used any site which listed them as a merchant processor.
According to the senior duty officer of the Fraud team at my bank (Westpac Banking Corporation) to which I have just spoken, they have a rather large file on this company although previously had not made the connection between their current trading name (EWC Payments) and their former name (Edelweisscard Pty Ltd) despite this information being available in the companies Australian Securities and Investments Commission listing (Accessible at http://www.search.asic.gov.au/cgi-bin/gns030c?acn=122161737&juris=9&hdtext=ACN&srchsrc=1)
If you ever have charges from this company, immediately contact the Credit Card service centre for your bank to make a fraudulent transaction report. If you ever see this company listed as the transaction processor/merchant for a web site you are visiting or listed as the entity which will appear on your statement, do not process the transaction and exit immediately.

I recently received a charge in my account under the name EWC Payments Pty LTD. I have not made any purchases using the website that is shown in my statement. I have not authorized this charge and would like to have my money returned. If there is anything I can do to help get my money refunded please let me know. The amount charged was $34.62.

Found unauthorizied charges on my bank statment. Two of $31.95 and $27.70.
I receive a notification from EWc Postbus 199 NL-3430 Nieuwegein The Netherlands that they will be sending me US$50, 000.00 in my private account within 7 days provided i will fulfill 2 conditions. First to say yes and attach the official payment sticker they have sent me then secondly to say yes to the Guaratee of Millions then I will have to pay US$40 either in cash or credit card and the like. I dont know these people and how did they happen to know me? This incident is a very BIG QUESTION MARK on my part for its an EASY MONEY and GOD does NOT LIKE THIS! So I opened the internet and found letters on this SCAM and FRAUD BUSINESS. By then I decided NOT TO REPLY ON THEIR REQUEST. Hope others will make this letter enlighten those who will become a victim. From Nov 13 2008 to Nov 24 2008 I had numerous charges attempted on my card. For most I was able to make contact with the billing companies and cancel the billing, either via phone, e-mail, or a company web site. Most were for subscriptions to adult content web sites. Some needed member names and passwords as part of the cancellation process, but I didn't have that info because I wasn't the one who signed up to them. After some work with them I was able to get them canceled as well.
One company I wasn't able to contact because there was no phone number or web site listed as part of their billing info was EWC Payments Pty Ltd. I decided to try and locate a web site or contact number on-line. When I did a Google search I found this web site and page.
I plan to attempt contacting EWC Payments Pty Ltd using the overseas numbers and contact info on this page, but I wanted to reply and my complaint about them for others to see and maybe get some help from.
With on-line purchases increasing in popularity and scammers taking advantage of people who submit their financial info to sites which are not secure, or who even sell the info to others, a smart consumer would do as I do and only use pre-paid debit cards (I use GreenDot). Only load enough funds to cover your expected charges and monthly fees that way if a fraudulent charge is mad you are not out a lot, or the charge may even be denied (as was my case).
Document every transaction and if you do get charged fraudulently, even if the charge is denied, report it to the authorities in your city or state. The only way to stop these people is to fight back in mass.
I don't know what you all are pulling, but I am being billed for something Idon't use I want you to quit billing me and a refund because I don't like our services and I don't want them as well. I have to right this everyday I will. stop billing me. and return my money e-mail me at

I did not authorize this charge on my credit card. I don't know who this is. I have reported it to my credit card company as well as the A G office in my state. I will also contact mt State Rep and the media. If you let this company rip you off... well, it is your own stupid fault.
There is a charge against my visa that was not processed due to low balance, but I did not auth this charge at all. I don't know who this is and have reported it to my credit card company as well as attonery general in my state. I will take it to the top... Washington, DC ... if I have to...

I have been charged for a $31.95 fee for a site I can not cancel from because I don't have the site.

I bought an online program from Automated Wealth Systems for $39.95 which a company by the name of Secured Pay handled for them. Then I noticed a $39.95 charge from EWC. Are they the same company?
