Make sure you all report this as a scam. There are websites for that. Just had to do this with another fraud sale over black friday

My experience is the same. Scam companies. I disputed with my credit card company and they disputed back, so I have to explain again. I doubt I'll get my money back, as it would take that much to send it back to China.

I also ordered a pack of three. When they arrived, they were the size I ordered but they were too small ( I ordered my usual size) I contacted them, told them my story and they said that the company sent the right size. I know they did but I am not satisfied with the product and want my money back. They offered my $6 LOL

I send them a copy of the ad to show them, but they don’t care . Always get the right around and the same answers all the tone

I ordered their buy one, get two free bras 'special.' I received only one bra - they said I was supposed to pay for the other 2 to receive them free! Scam all the way.

Do not buy from them I ordered 3 bras on 7/2/23 and have sent various emails. I keep getting the run-around and have not received the bras yet. This company sucks.

I ordered the three bra pack from Eversocute, as they look comfortable, substantial and very pretty. Unfortunately, when they arrived and I opened them, the material is so flimsy and loose when worn, and the cup size was ridiculously small, even though I followed their size guide!

When I contacted them, I was fobbed off with various stupid reasons for the fact they didn’t fit me properly (all faults on my part, according to them) they even suggested that I could give them to female friends or relatives as gifts - as if! I then said I would like to return them and get a refund, to which they answered that it would cost me a lot of money to post back to them and also the return address is different to the address they came from (neither of which were mentioned on any of the correspondence), and they didn’t give me the address to return to. I’ve come to the conclusion now that it was all a scam and I think FB should take down their advertisements. There seem to be two or three other outlets on FB, too, using the same pictures, so wonder if they are all using the same tactics!

The same for me. 1 1/2 month to get my bras. Wrong size and disgraceful customer service. AVOID this company and their products!

I should have read the comments before ordering! All of the above is what happened to me, too. Ordered my size - it came in XL. Not sure how that correlates to a 40D but whatever. I didn't like the way it fit me so I asked for a return & refund. I should also mention that they charged me $7 USD EXTRA which I brought up to them in my original request which they said they have refunded. I haven't checked yet to see if that's the case. Jumped through hoops - sent them a pic of my order even though I told them it was right, I just didn't like the fit - their response yesterday after weeks of trying to get a straight answer? "You got what you ordered, we cannot refund - you can always gift it to someone else". Nobody should buy their product - even if you like it, the customer service is atrocious & frustrating. I rarely buy anything online and this has proven to me that I should stick with that habit. One thing I do do if I buy online - I use a prepaid Visa/Mastercard so they do NOT have my real banking information. So if they are crooked and try to take $$, at least they can only take $50 or $100.
