Customer service/return bras
I purchased three bras on 8/18/2023. When they arrived they were too large for me. I've been trying to return them ever since and have never been able to get past their bots. All I want is to return the bras for some kind of credit.
I have used their customer service text system and tried email. All I get in response is a canned bot reply. This has gone on for weeks.
It is very clear that this company has no real customer service department. They don't stand behind their products. They don't provide service after they get your money. All of these things make me warn: stay away.

False advertisement of product
On Dec. 8 I ordered bra's from eversocute.com. The ad said true to size and 30-day money back guarantee. When the product arrived, it was not anywhere close to true to size. I contacted customer service right away and asked for the proper paperwork to return the product, they refuse to do so, I paid 43.00 dollars for the product, and they want to refund me...

I ordered three bras from eversocute.com, their add said 30-day money back guarantee, first off, the size was supposed to be 40c when I received the product it said a xl, there is no way that is correct, secondly the material is very poor I am sure the product would fall apart after one wash. I have contacted the company several times to try and resolve this issue but they will not deal. Can you help me?
